Returns and Refunds

Original artwork. If a piece isn't right for your space, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me first so I can confirm the return address. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and the artwork must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Once it arrives safely, I'll refund the full purchase price.

Prints are made individually for each order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Custom portraits are made for you personally and cannot be returned. I share progress photos before completion so we can adjust the work together.

Damaged in transit. This is different from a return, and it's on me. Photograph the packaging and the artwork, email me at irakopyrina@gmail.com  within 7 days of delivery, and I will replace the piece or refund you in full. Please don't send it back before we've spoken.

Cancellations. You can cancel any order before it has been dispatched — just email me as soon as possible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
