Every piece is made or prepared by hand, so please allow a little time before dispatch.
Original artwork is shipped from Ukraine and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States, Canada and Australia typically takes 14–30 days after dispatch. If a hand-painted edition piece is temporarily out of stock, I will let you know the timeline before you order.
Prints are produced by my printing partner in the customer's own region and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery usually takes a further 3–8 business days.
Originals travel flat between rigid boards or rolled in a protective tube, depending on size, and are packed so they can be opened and re-sealed if customs inspect them. Every original shipment is tracked.
Customs and import duties By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges arising from the importation of the purchased goods into the destination country (collectively, the "Import Charges") shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, checkout page, shipping method description, or order confirmation, all orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis, and Import Charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to the Seller.
Where a product listing, shipping method, or checkout process explicitly states that duties and taxes are included in the purchase price or shipping cost (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), the applicable Import Charges will be paid by the Seller on behalf of the Buyer to the extent specified in such offer.
The Buyer agrees to timely pay all applicable Import Charges required for customs clearance and delivery of the goods. Failure or refusal to pay such charges may result in delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, abandonment, destruction of the goods, or other actions taken by customs authorities or carriers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay Import Charges, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the Seller shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid for the goods, shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, or any other costs incurred in connection with the order.
The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, penalties, confiscations, or other actions taken by customs authorities or governmental agencies in the destination country.
United States: I cover all import duties and fees myself. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
European Union: for orders under €150 I cover any small customs fees myself. For orders over €150, VAT and customs charges may be applied at delivery according to local regulations.
Canada and Australia: import duties and taxes may be charged at delivery according to local regulations and are not included in the price.
Customs processing times are outside my control and may add several days to delivery.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the artwork and email me at [ваша почта] within 7 days of delivery — I will replace the piece or refund you in full. If tracking shows no movement for more than 30 days, contact me and I will open an investigation with the carrier.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.
